Thank you for visiting my website.

As I continue to walk through my life’s journey, I’m realizing that everyday is a precious treasure. I believe that simplicity brings peace, and that honoring the simple that is present all around us is truly achieving the greatest in this life. Honoring simplicity means truly opening one’s eyes and observing without judgment, truly listening with full attention to each other without being in a hurry to speak, and truly embracing the miracle of life, and this life is all around us in the air, in the earth, in the water, in the plants and animals, and, of course, in each other.

I choose to embrace life, because I have experienced life being extinguished through the loss of loved ones close to my heart. I choose to honor a simple but very deep living presence, not only because it brings me peace, but also because I feel it is my duty. I have been granted this life, and I must live it responsibly by honoring each day as a gift and by loving those around me.

My prayer is that every human spirit might be willing to stop, listen, breathe, and then embrace each other as a gift to this world. What a peaceful and beautiful world we could share if we all considered each other and life as a gift.

I choose to live my life with enjoyment and peace, spending time with family, children, and friends and loving them all, enjoying the fruits of the earth with great cooking, caring for myself through dance classes and yoga, meditation and prayer, broadening my knowledge through reading interesting books, and always enjoying the beautiful world through hiking trails, visiting the beach, and especially through motorcycling! And, of course, by using the gifts with which God has blessed me, I love to compose and perform music from my heart, sharing it with anyone who desires to listen.
